This digital collectible is the “collectible token” of the artwork “World Peace” from the “2023 FZK Peace Series Digital Collection” issued by the Feng Zikai International Cultural Association. It is marked with a unique serial number.
持有者可在Cinfinix平台選擇將本憑證兌換為豐子愷藝術真跡《萬世太平》的限量版複製畫一幅，兌換時本數字藏品憑證將被項目方回收。
The holder can use this token to directly redeem for a limited-edition replica of a Feng Zikai’s artwork, “World Peace” on the Cinfinix platform. Upon redemption, the collectible token will be reclaimed by the project team.
本數字藏品憑證可轉讓。若已兌換真跡複製畫，需與項目方聯絡，在確認該實物藏品為本系列所發行後，項目方將安排數字藏品憑證重新上架Cinfinix平臺。
This collectible token is transferable. If the replica has already been redeemed, the holder should contact the project team. After confirming that the physical artwork belongs to this series collection, the project team will relist the collectible token on the Cinfinix platform.
本數字藏品憑證使用權在轉讓後仍然有效。
The use right of this collectible token remains valid after transfer.
項目方將對每一次轉讓交易收取5%的特許權使用費，由智能合約自動執行。收得使用費後，項目方將分享其中的20%作為社群獎勵予轉售方。
The project team will collect a 5% royalty fee for each sale transaction, which will be automatically executed by the smart contract. After collecting the fee, the project team will share 20% of it as a community reward with the reseller.
成功購買本次活動發行的數字藏品套裝者將被視為自動同意購買條款所列明的各項細則。條款可在項目方網站（fengzikai.org）查詢。項目方保有對此份條款的最終解釋權。
Successful purchase of this collectible token will be considered as an automatic agreement to the terms and conditions specified in the purchase agreement.
